General Music

Students are introduced to the basics of music theory and performance techniques on bass guitar, acoustic guitar and keyboarding. They showcase their works during the SUA winter and spring concerts. In addition, students gain real world-perspective around the music industry, copyright laws, marketing and more.

SHINE Choir (We Inspire Light!)

SHINE Show Choir is comprised of sixth through eighth grade students, but combines with the SUA High School Singers for larger performances. They regularly sing at community and school events.

Honors Choir

The lower campus Honors Choir is an auditioned group for third through the sixth graders. They perform a variety of sacred and secular elementary choral music; and compete vocally.

SUA Singers

The SUA Singers perform a variety of musical styles -- from folk songs and Spirituals, to contemporary choral pieces and works of Gospel.

Studio Art

Studio Art members receive advanced instruction in drawing, water colors, mixed media and 3-D art that creates a natural transition for our students into art, graphic design or a creative career path.

Footlights Drama Team

SUA's middle and high school performing arts students learn how to use the power of live theater by sharing and communicating through annual presentations of classical and contemporary works.

Special Music Events

B.O.S.S. [Best of Success Showcase]
